AMENDMENTS - All projects/items quoted for above include 1x amendment to artwork after submission. Then after this, any further changes made to artwork will be charged every 15mins at a rate of 60p/h. 
 
An amendment is classed as a change to artwork that results in time spent to arrange. 
 
All prices included in this table are ‘ballpark figures’ and are subject to change depending on amount of content and customer requirements. We reserve the right to review/revise and change these prices at anytime.

What would you class as an amendment? 

Just adding a few words or correcting spelling/grammar does not constitute an amendment (within reason). 
 
An amendment is an alteration to artwork that means significant alterations to a piece of work/layout i.e. replacing an entire paragraph with a longer one. This can throw an entire page out and will take time to balance the layout. 

We require our artwork to be printed but are not sure what to send to the printer. 

Some printers have slightly different specs than others for certain items. We are happy to liaise with your chosen print provider and supply them with the correct file for production and will of course copy you in on all correspondence to keep you in the loop. 

Do I need to supply photographic content for my brochure/leaflet? 

If you have an image library of professionally taken photos for your business then that is an ideal situation. If you don’t then there are other options i.e. stock image sites, these have a reputation for being full of ‘cheesy/cliche’ imagery but if the right image is found that accurately evokes the right mood for your industry/business, it can be used to great effect when used with your brand and we would be happy to search for them for you. If you require professional photography then we can also happily recommend one we work with. 

I would like a brochure/leaflet designed and sent to print. Can I have a digital version as well? 

Like all of our marketing collateral, we will deliver a copy to you that is print ready i.e. has trim lines, bleed and CMYK colour specs that printers require. We will also supply a version that can be used for digital use so you can email it to you clients or post on social media. Digital collateral is becoming very popular and is also good for the environment. 

Do I need to supply the written content for my brochure/leaflet? 

It is important for your audience to hear from you, the expert in your industry. If you are worried about getting sharp content together, we would be happy to introduce to you a Copywriting professional that we work with.
