FAQs 

How do you track your hours? 

As a business we use Clockify, a software that can accurately measure minutes clocked both individually and as a team towards projects. We track every minute we work with clients, then use this to invoice the hours. We can also create reports for our clients and provide a breakdown of our hours, should they need it. 

Can you come and work in my office? 

Absolutely! Although we call ourselves virtual assistants, we can work on-site if that’s what our clients prefer. 

What are the terms when starting to work with you, is there a minimum amount of time? 

We ask for our clients to give us a month’s notice. However, when upgrading a current package, we offer our clients a ‘no fixed terms’ period for the first 3 months, meaning that if they ever would like to downgrade, we will scrap the months’ notice. 

Is it possible to work within a team virtually? 

If 2020 has taught us anything, it’s that we are more than capable of working remotely, both proactively and productively. Scheduling regular interactions with co-workers, clients and mentors enables us to stay on track and feel more connected, we advise that our VA’s do so for this purpose. 

What happens if all my hours aren’t used in the package? 

As a company we are flexible, and we want to ensure our clients receive the value they pay for. In any case, if clients have outstanding hours in their package, they can ask us to roll them over to the next month. It’s as easy as that. 

How do you match up clients with VA’s? 

When matching a client with one of our VA’s, we take many things in to account. Each of our VA’s is assessed alongside their experience, skillset and DISC profile. DISC profiling is an individual personality evaluation, we ask that both our clients and VA’s carry out in order to match everyone up seamlessly and for maximise results.
